Is there a consistent winning strategy for the Three Dice Game ?

In the past two weeks or so, I have been gathering data on the high probability strategies for consistently winning money off the dice game Sic Bo.

1. If a single number doesn't appear in 9 rounds of play, the likelihood of it appearing in the 10th, 11th, 12th or subsequent round increases exponentially.

Noticing this, I have managed to win small amounts by starting to bet on round 10 (or round 12/13 if the player is ultra conservative) with 1 chip, then 3 chips, followed by 7, 15, 30 and so on.

Though rather consistent(outliers include one round where the number didn't appear for 14 rounds and another where a number was missing for 20+ rounds), the amounts that can be won are not exciting because it pays only 1 for 1, hence the need to bet exponentially larger amounts to guarantee a win.

I found myself suffering from a queasy tummy when I reached 7 chips in the third attempt.

2. Stalking the numbers with large payouts ( 4,5,6,7,13,14,15,16,17)

This is my empirical data for the games where I observed these numbers.

4 - Sometimes clusters, separated by about 15 rounds. Once went over 209 rounds between successive fours!

17 - I once won after counting down 164, started betting on the 165th round, and only won on the 179th round.

    - Another time, I observed this number appearing on the 147th round.

    - Hardly clusters,but occasionally does.

7 - My worst performing number, once murdering my stake when I started betting on the 36th round only to see it appearing in the 50+th round! Fortunately, my strategy of increasing the bet on each successive round managed to claw back $720, about a third of my losses. But luck intervened in allowing four rounds to pass while I went to withdraw more cash, while five more rounds went on without this number appearing. Else I would have lost another $250!

9/12/13 - Highly dangerous to bet on, with lower payouts than the above, but also spacing out up to 30+ rounds at times.

3. Stalking the TRIPLE.

This is by far my favourite bet. Although largely unpredictable and prone to clustering, I observed the following numbers of rounds between triples:

28, 44, 55, 68, 77,90, 96, 135(!)
